BJP seeks disqualification of two defiant MPs

New Delhi, Jul 22 (UNI) The BJP have submitted a notice to Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee seeking disqualification of two of its defiant Lok Sabha members, who have expressed their intention to vote against the party line when the House takes up voting on Confidence Vote this evening.

Party sources said notices against the MPs seeking their disqualification, were for Mr Soma Bhai Patel from Gujarat and Brajbhushan Sharan Singh from Uttar Pradesh. The BJP is expecting the Speaker to take a decision on these notices before the House takes up voting later today.
