Three Oberoi hotels win International accolade

Mumbai, Jul 21 (UNI) Three hotels of the Oberoi Group have earned international laurels after being ranked amongst the six best in the world in global survey of the best hotels in the world.

The hotels -- The Oberoi Rajvilas at Jaipur, The Oberoi Udaivilas at Udaipur and The Oberoi Amarvilas at Agra, have been rated 2nd, 4th and 6th respectively by the 'Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards 2008'.

The trio has also been ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively in Asia, said a Hotel Oberoi's release here today.

''I am delighted and proud of these rankings. The rankings in the year 2007 were good. The rankings this year are even better. We are very encouraged; this news should bring more visitors to India,'' said Oberoi Group Chairman, P R S Oberoi, in the statement.
