RCom adds 1.74 mln subscribers in June
New Delhi, Jul 21 (UNI) Country's second largest telecom company, Reliance Communications has added 1.74 million mobile subscribers in the month of June 2008 thereby becoming the world's youngest and Asia's fifth mobile operator to serve 50 million mobile customers.
'' The encouraging growth trends in the marketplace make us confident of further accelerating the growth momentum and serving the telephony needs of many more million Indians on Reliance Network,'' President, Personal Business, Reliance Communications, S P Shukla said in a statement.
The company has added five million subscribers during the first quarter of FY08 (April-June).
