Nucleus software Q1 net dips 42.64 pc at 8.03cr

New Delhi, Jul 21: Nucleus software on Monday, July 21 said its net profit for the quarter ended June 2008 declined 42.64 per cent to Rs 8.03 crore as compared to Rs 14 crore for the corresponding period a year ago.

However, its net sales for Q1 FY09 increased 24.47 per cent to Rs 82.9 crore whereas it was Rs 66.6 crore during Q1 FY08, the company said in a statement. During the first quarter of the current financial year, the company received orders for 27 product modules, added six new clients and implemented nine product modules across the globe.
