Kerala Govt plans to issue health cards to students

Thiruvananthapuram, Jul 21 (UNI) The Kerala government is proposing to issue Health Card to students in the state, Health Minister P K Sreemathy informed the State Assembly today.

Replying to questions from Mr Thomas Chazhikkadan (Cong) and others, she said a draft report had been prepared in this regard.

The pilot project would be implemented jointly by Health Department and Local Self Government and discussions in this regard was going on.

However, no funds have been earmarked for this.
