One killed and seven injured in Kashmir blast
Srinagar, Jul 20 (UNI) One person, reportedly a tourist from Uttar Pradesh (UP), was killed and seven others were injured in a grenade blast at world famous tourist resort of Gulmarg this afternoon.
Official sources said unidentified militants hurled a hand grenade at Sumo stand, Gulmarg, this afternoon causing injuries to eight persons, including four tourists.
One of the injured later died on way to hospital, they said.
A report from Baramulla said the deceased was identified as Ashok Kumar a tourist from UP.

The grenade blast took place about 24 hours after an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) at Narbal went off on Srinagar-Baramulla road yesterday in which nine soldiers were killed and 20 others were wounded.
