Narayana Hrudayalaya join hands Tata Steel
Bangalore, Jul 20: Bangalore based Narayana Hrudayalaya has entered into an agreement with Tata Steel to upgrade and manage two hospitals of Tata group in Jamshedpur. Dr Devi Shetty of Narayana Hrudayalaya and Muthurama, MD, Tata Steel have signed the agreement in Jamshedpur on Friday.
Ardeshir Dalal Memorial Hospital covering 35 acres of land will be the site for a 5,000 beds Health City with infrastructure for medical and nursing education. Jamshedpur Eye Hospital will be upgraded. Besides, Brahmananda Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital located at Tamolia, Jamshedpur, which is a 500 beds Heart Hospital will be commissioned in the next two months.
Narayana Hrudayalaya has also proposed to launch Micro Health Insurance Programme in the lines of Yashaswini in Karnataka after all three hospitals are commissioned.
