Rajkot, Jul 20 (UNI) As part of Gujarat's golden jubilee celebration in 2010, 'Swarnim Gujarat Sankalp Jyot Rath' is scheduled to arrive at Jetpur town in the district on July 25, where the State Chief Minister Narendra Modi will distribute prizes to brilliant girl students.
Under the theme of Kanya Kelavani Abhiyan best 185 girl students of the district would get Rs 5,000 as prize money and three girls -- Sangeeta Bhalodia, Mayuri Bagthariya and Ami Tanna -- would get Rs 10,000 each as prize money for their selections in the Civil Services, an official press release here stated.
'Swarnim Gujarat Sankalp Jyot Rath' is moving around the State in phase manner since May 1, as part of the celebration of golden jubilee in 2010. Its aim is to educate more and more girls and women folk so that they could take part and contribute in the journey of progress.
