Three Maoists arrested in Gaya

Gaya, Jul 19 (UNI) Police today arrested three Maoists from Karmauni village under Dobhi police station area in the district.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of local police intercepted three motorcycle-borne Maoists near Karmauni village and arrested them.

One pistol and several live cartridges were recovered from their possession, police said adding the maoists were being interrogated to elicit more informations about their involvement in various disruptive activities engineered in the area during the past few years.
