One militant killed in encounter in north Kashmir
Srinagar, Jul 19 (UNI) In yet another encounter operation, troops of 14 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) today killed a militant in north Kashmir, a police spokesman said.
He said an officer, Major Adjutant of 14 RR camp Kashpora Bandikpora lodged a report in the Bandipora police station that yesterday in a fire fight, one unidentified militant was killed at Kota forest Bandipora.
One AK rifle (damaged) and three magazines (damged) were recovered from the killed militant.
Police have also registered a case in the regard.
