Srinagar, Jul 19 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Governor, N N Vohra condemned the IED blast at Narbal Chowk on the Srinagar-Gulmarg Road this evening, in which 9 Army personnel were killed and 25 others injured.
Soon after the reports about the blast came, the Governor spoke to Lt General, Mukesh Sabharwal, GOC 15 Corps to gain first hand information about the incident.
He expressed deep shock over the casualties and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved families.
