JK: Army shooting practice kills cattle by mistake

Srinagar, Jul 19: Army personnel busy in shooting practice killed some cattle by mistake in the central Kashmir district of Badgam, official sources said.

The accident occurred when some cattle appeared in the area where Army personnel were doing shooting practice.

Several cattle were killed and injured in the firing, they said adding there was no report of any loss of human life.

However, police have registered a case, they added.
