Mega block on Sunday on central railway
Mumbai, July 18 (UNI) Central railway will be carrying out a mega block on July 20, between Kurla and Vashi station from 1145 hrs to 1615 hrs.
According to a press release issued by the Central railway, all down Harbour line services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus to Vashi, Belapur and Panvel from 1039 hrs to 1553 hrs will remain cancelled.
All Up Harbour line services for CST leaving Panvel, Belapur and Vashi from 1034 hrs to 1547 hrs will remain cancelled.
Central railways will run special locals on CST-Kurla-CST and Vashi-Panvel-Vashi sections at a frequency of around 20 to 25 minutes on Harbour line, during the clock period.
The Harbour line services to Bandra, Andheri and back will run as per schedule and the passengers can travel on their card tickets and pass via Vashi-Thane section between 1000 hrs to 1800 hrs.
Similarly, a block will be operated on Up fast line between Kalyan and Thane stations from 1045 hrs to 1615 hrs.
Up fast line services leaving Kalyan from 1030 hrs to 1543 hrs will be diverted on Up slow line between Kalyan and Thane stations and halt at all stations between Kalyan and Thane, the release added.
