Madhya Pradesh: Woman gangraped in Shajapur

Shajapur (MP), Jul 17: A 25-year-old married woman was kidnapped and gangraped by two people, police said.

The woman, a resident of Shujalpur in this district, was lured and kidnapped by Indore-residents, Irfan Khan and Rauf with the help of a woman, Shamshad Bi on July 9. She was taken to Indore and then Ajmer, where she was gangraped. She escaped from their clutches in Ajmer and reached Dewas yesterday.

Police has registered cases against the trio, who were yet to be arrested, police sources said. They added that the accused drugged the victim by offering her sedative-laced tea to her.
