Bhutan PM holds talks with Manmohan Singh

New Delhi, July 17, 2008 : Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday met his Bhutanese counterpart Jigmi Y Thinley and underlined India"s commitment to further deepening multi-faceted ties between the neighbours.

Thinley would also call on President Pratibha Devisingh Patil and Vice President Hamid Ansari to exchange views on mutual and international issues. This is Thinley"s maiden visit to India after assuming office.
