Two women run over by train in Pratapgarh

Pratapgarh, Jul 17 (UNI) Two women were crushed to death after coming under a speeding train in this district of Uttar Pradesh.

Prabhu Devi (60) of Dahiyamau area, who was reportedly mentally ill, succumbed after being run over by a train near Jail road.

In a separate incident, Kamla Devi (56) of Udayaya Dih was killed after she came under the train near Dadupur railway station, police said.

Both the bodies have been sent for postmortem.
