Portico launches ''health bedsheets'' at Rs 1,699

New Delhi, Jul 17 (UNI) Targeting the Rs 500 crore branded domestic bed and bath linen market, Creative Portico India Pvt Ltd today launched its 'health bedding collection', claiming it helps control allergen and boost energy.

''I-bedding products have been treated to work like ionizer, the most effective treatment to control allergen and boost energy like the way ionization process provide us near seashore or near waterfall or near mountains,'' company GM (Category and Institutional Sales) told reporters at the launch here.

I-bedsheet set, which will cost Rs 1,699 for extra large size, is based on Intellatex Technology, which aids the fabric to thwart and immobilise a host of minuscule irritants and allergens like bacteria, mould, fungus, pet dander, virus, pollen, dust and bed mite faeces, he said.

Offered in five colours--white, ivory, light, beige, sky blue and pink, these products will be available at leading lifestyle, home textiles and furniture outlets arcoss the country.

The firm targets to earn Rs 10-12 crore by the end of this year from this venture.
