Heather Mills won't pay a penny more than a million for Hollywood pad!

New York, July 17 : She might have struck a bonanza after divorcing Paul McCartney, but when it comes to dishing out money for a house, Heather Mills is not ready to pay anything more than 1 million dollars.

The former model, who recently bought a 5 million dollars pad in the West Village, has been looking for another home in West Hollywood or Beverly Hills, according to sources.

The sources have revealed that Paul McCartney's ex has refused to move over 1 million dollars in the property deal.

"She's with Prudential Realty and is giving them a really hard time, because she will only pay 1 million dollars and refuses to budge," New York Post quoted a source, as saying.

"They've been showing her places for 1.1 million dollars or 1.2 dollars and she'll get mad, telling them, 'I said 1 million dollars and not over'," the source added.

Mills' rep said that she had "no idea" Mills was even looking for a new home.
