Deranged youth climbs up 100 feet water tank
Howrah, Jul 17(UNI) He climbed up the 100-feet water tank out of sheer mental agony.
A student of IIT Kanpur Ganesh Mohan Agarwal, a resident of Jamshedpur, came to his maternal uncle's home recently in Kolkata.
Police said Ganesh had come out alone this morning when he suddenly decided to go up the tank in Tikiapara, near here and warned of committing suicide when he was asked to come down.
Fire brigade officials after a lot of persuasion was able to bring him down after five hours.
His mother said he was mentally depressed.
