Unitech Corporate Parks leases more property

New Delhi, Jul 16 (UNI) Unitech Corporate Parks Plc today said it has leased a further area of about 3,22,700 sq ft.

It has also received further commitments for about 5,25,300 sq ft under options and right of first refusal (RoFR) for its real estate developments, a company statement said.

The total area leased across the company's projects now is about 20,13,700 sq ft and the total area under options and RoFR is now about 5,25,300 sq ft.

This collectively represents 11.9 per cent of the potential net lettable area of all the projects, it added.

At the company's InfoSpace project in Dundahera in Gurgaon, lease agreements have been signed up for about 6,49,300 sq ft and an additional 1,82,200 sq ft is committed under RoFR.

Other projects include K1 project (InfoSpace, Kolkata), N1 and N2 projects (InfoSpace, Noida), G1 (Gurgaon) and N3 (Greater Noida).
