Student kidnapped in Kashmir for ransom

Srinagar, Jul 16: A 10th class student was kidnapped for ransom in the Kashmir valley, a police spokesman said today.

Giving details he said three persons kidnapped who came in sumo a 10th class student of M S Public school Anees Ahmad Sheikh, resident of Aloochi Bagh at Waza Bagh Hydepoora. He said kidnappers reportedly are demanding money for his release police have registered a case in this regard and started investigations.

Meanwhile, there was no trace of Mehran Latief Mir missing since May 13 from his residence in old city Habakadal.
