Reference rate fixed at Rs 43.17 per dollar

Mumbai, Jul 16 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for US Dollar at Rs 43.17 per unit steady against its yesterday's rate of Rs 43.17 per dollar.

The reference rate for Euro was quoted 10 paise lower at Rs 68.68 per unit against yesterday's rate of Rs 68.78.

The exchange rates for Pound and Japanese Yen against the Rupee were quoted at Rs 86.4630 (86.2688) per Pound and Rs 41.34 (40.76) per 100 units respectively, a data received from RBI showed.
