Quantum of sentence in murder case reserved till July 22
Mumbai, July 16 (UNI) A sessions court today reserved till July 22 its order on quantum of sentence in a triple murder case, involving murder of three members of a family by their employee in 2003, at Borivali here.
The Additional Sessions Court Judge R U Deshmukh reserved the pronouncement of sentence as dictation is yet to be completed.
Assistant Public Prosecutor K V Kenjalkar told the court that accused Rohidas Yashwant Gangade, who was working as a deliver boy with Vivek Gadgil (32) had murdered his wife Vaidehi Gadgil (30) and two sons Chinmay (two) and Amay Gadgil (eight) on June 13, 2003 with a sickle at their residence at Borivali, over a feud with Gadgil.
