Haryana Cong organising secy resigns
Chandigarh, Jul 16 (UNI) Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee organising secretary (Media) Surender Singh Hooda today resigned from his post due to ''personal reasons.'' Mr Surender Hooda has been an active member and office bearer of Haryana Pradesh Youth Congress, Sewadal and the Congress party since 1991.
He resigned from the Congress in 2001 and joined Lok Jan Shakti Party of Mr Ram Vilas Paswan but rejoined the Congress in 2004.
In a statement, he said "Due to personnel reasons, I feel it is unjustified to remain at any position where one cannot put his or her 100 per cent efforts needed for the purpose".
