Chambal Fertilisers Q1 net dips 61.45% to Rs 23.79 cr

New Delhi, Jul 16 (UNI) Chambal Fertilisers and Chemical Ltd today said its net profit dipped 61.45 per cent to Rs 23.79 crore for the quarter ended June 2008 from Rs 61.71 crore during the same period previous fiscal.

However, its total income for Q1 FY09 increased 40.63 per cent to Rs 843.77 crore whereas it was Rs 599.97 crore during Q1 FY08, a company statement said.
