Major tragedy averted, live grenade defused in Srinagar
Srinagar, Jul 15 (UNI) Panic gripped government flats near here when a live grenade was found this morning.
The area, including heavily-guarded Budshah flats, was immediately sealed off from all sides and people present there were shifted to safer places.
Later, Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) was summoned and the grenade was defused withtout causing any damage.
