JK: Accounts clerk arrested for fake qualification
Srinagar, Jul 15: An Accounts clerk of a bank was arrested by Crime Branch of the Jammu and Kashmir allegedly for getting appointment on fake qualification and date of birth certificates.
A spokesman of the CB said today that a tip-off was received that one Mohammad Shafi Hakeem, a resident of Sarnal, Anantnag, has produced fake qualification and date of birth certificate at the time of his appointment for the post of accounts clerk in the Anantnag Central Cooperative bank.
He said the CB took up the investigation and a proper case was registered.
During the investigation it was found that Hakeem had produced fake matriculation and date of birth of certificates at the time of his appointment in the bank.
