Principal, 3 others suspended in ashramshala food poisoning case
Nashik, July 14 (UNI) The principal and three other employees of the Rameshwar Government Ashramshala have been suspended for negligence of duty in connection with the food poisoning case here.
Besides principal Dinkar Jagtap, the other three who have been suspended are superintendent P R Bhamre, cook Ms C R Gangurde and another employee, Ms D V Kanoj.
The four were suspended yesterday pending a departmental inquiry, Tribal Development Commissioner Bhaskar Munde told reporters today.
As many as 109 students of the school had taken ill due to food poisoning Saturday last.
A case was registered against the principal and five others.
hey were produced before a court yesterday which granted them bail.
