Katie Holmes loves getting older

New Delhi, July 14 : American actress Katie Holmes has revealed that she loves growing older day by day.

Holmes, 29, has a different outlook about growing old. According to her, ageing helps her learn more about herself "every day".

"I find that as I get older I am excited to get older. There are more things for me to learn. I realise that I don't know as much as I thought I did. I like looking back and seeing pictures of the past because that is 'who' I created for me," the China Daily quoted her as saying.

"That is what I was doing. I appreciate it more and more. Every day I try to find out more things about myself. I love changing," she said.

The actress, who has a two-year-old daughter Suri with husband Tom Cruise, also denied claims she's stolen her friend, former Spice Girls star, Victoria Beckham's style, insisting hers is a lot more laidback.

"We are great friends and she is such a lovely woman. Yes, Victoria has a strong sense of style but I feel my style is different. She always looks great, whereas my style is very easy and laid-back," she added.
