UPA government will survive; Raghunath

Howrah, Jul 13 (UNI) Union Heavy Industries Minister and senior RJD leader Raghunath Jha today said the UPA government will survive in the confidence motion to complete its tenure.

Mr Jha was here to lay a foundation stone of a hospital at Uluberia in Howrah district, which was being built by Krishi Vikas Shilpi Kendra, an NGO.

When asked about the survival of the UPA government at the Centre, the Union minister said the government wanted a stability for betterment of the country.

The issue would be settled in next few days and the Manmohan Singh government would stay in power to complete its tenure, he added.
