Three college students in Bihar expelled on charge of ragging
Bhagalpur, Jul 12 (UNI) Three students of local Tez Narayan Baneili (TNB) college have been expelled on charge of ragging several junior students.
All the expelled students had been asked by the college authorities to vacate their hostel rooms immediately, offical sources quoting college Principal R C P Verma here today said.
The parents of all the expelled students had also been summoned and were communicated the college authorities' decisions, the sources said.
The expelled students of BA/BSc third year allegedly ragged a number of junior students on July 10 inside the college hostel following which one of the victims fainted and had to be admitted to hospital.
On getting information about the ragging, the college administration conducted an independent inquiry to ascertain the facts before expelling the three students.
