One militant arrested, hideout busted in Kashmir

Srinagar, Jul 12 (UNI) Security forces arrested a militant and busted a hideout in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said today.

They said a militant was arrested by police and troops in a joint operation at Handwara.

In a joint search operation by CRPF, Army and police, a hideout was busted at Patlibagh, Pampore, about 12 km from here. The arms and ammunition recovered included eight anti-tank grenades, four UBGL grenades, one AK magazine, 21 rounds of ammunition and one wireless set. No one was arrested, they said.
