IUML expressed concern over targetting minorities
Bangalore, Jul 12(UNI) Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) Karnataka unit has condemned the incidents of violate the sanctity of prayer halls by throwing pig meats by the miscreants which resulted into to violent protest by the residents yesterday.
In a statement issued here today Mr Ibrahim, state secretary, IUML has said that the action of communal forces to harm the sanctity of Masjids have hurt the sentiments of the minority communities in the state.
Urging the state police to take immediate precautionary measures against recurrences of such incidents the IUML secretary also appealed the people belonging to minorities to remain calm and help to keep communal harmony in the state.
