SWR to run special trains to Chennai
Bangalore, July 11 (UNI) South-Western Railway will run special trains to Chennai for two months to clear the extra rush.
A SWR press release said Chennai-Bangalore Weekly Special(Train No 0687) would leave Chennai at 2330 hours on Sundays and reach Bangalore City at 0555 hours the next day.
On the return journey, Bangalore City-Chennai Special(Train No 0688) would leave Bangalore City at 2300 hours on Mondays and reach Chennai at 0515 hours the next day.
The first service from Chennai would start from July 13 and the last service would be on August 24. While the first service from Bangalore City would commence on July 14 the last service would be on August 25.
