Six houses car gutted in Kashmir fire
Srinagar, Jul 11 (UNI) Six houses and a car were gutted in a fire in the Kashmir valley ovenright, official sources said today.
They said the fire broke out in a house at Bonamsar in the city which later spread to adjoining houses.
Six houses were gutted in the fire before fire engines could control the leaping flames, they said, adding there was no report of injury to anybody.
The cause of the blaze was not known, they added.
A car caught fire at Jahangir Chowk causing extensive damage to it. However, the occupants of the car escaped unhurt.
