Senior NPP, leader joins PDP in Kashmir

Srinagar, Jul 11 (UNI) A senior leader of the National Panthers Party (NPP) Mohammad Zaman along with his supporters today joined the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) here.

Annoucing his decision to join PDP along with his supporters from Nowshera, Jammu, Mr Zaman said PDP was the true custodian of the people's rights in the state and its secular credentials were beyond doubt.

He said it was the able leadership of PDP patron Mufti Mohammad Sayed that brought the state out of turmoil.
