Father-son get life imprisonment in murder case
Munger, Jul 11 (UNI) A Session court here today handed down life imprisonment to a father-son duo in a seven-year-old murder case.
District and Sessions Judge Madhusudan Singh awarded life imprisonment to the father and son --Mahendra Mandal and Vipin Mandal respectively --under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the charges, the accused had fired indiscriminately killing one Latoori Singh on the spot and leaving six others injured under the Tarapur police station area in Munger district on December 23,2001.
