Father and Son gets life imprisonment in murder case
Munger, Jul 11 (UNI) The district and Sessions judge Madhusudan Singh awarded life imprisonment to father and son namely Mahendra Mandal and Vipin Mandal under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code in a murder case today.
As per the charges the accused had fired indiscriminately killing one Latoori Singh on the spot and leaving six others injured under Tarapur police station area in Munger district on December 23, 2001.
