MP: Children workshops on freedom struggle

Bhopal, Jul 11: With the objective of making children aware about various aspects of freedom struggle, drama workshops is being organised for children in six districts of Madhya Pradesh.

''The workshops are being organised by the Swaraj Sansthan Directorate of the Culture department with the cooperation of the Woman and Child Development department,'' Director (Swaraj Sansthan Directorate) Sriram Tiwari said, according to an official release issued here.

These workshops would be organised in Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior, Sagar, Jabalpur and Rewa from July 15 for one month.

Apart from showcasing the plays during 'Bal Natya Samaroh' in the state capital, children would present the skits at Bal Bhavans in these districts on August 15 on the occasion of Independence Day.
