Aarushi murder: Dr Rajesh Talwar innocent

{image-aarushi-talwar case_11072008.jpg news.oneindia.in}New Delhi, Jul 11: Dr Rajesh Talwar, the prime suspect in the Noida's double murder case is likely to get a clean chit from the CBI. CBI is not likely to oppose Talwar's release as it appears that the agency is now convinced that the doctor is innocent. CBI has said that it has not been able to secure any evidence against Aarushi's father Dr Rajesh Talwar.

The CBI also said that it has conveyed it to the Ghaziabad court and has asked it to pass appropriate orders on Talwar's bail application. Referring to the arrest of Dr Talwar by the Noida police, the CBI said that the Noida police had no evidence against Talwar when it arrested him in May.''The Noida police charge that Rajesh Talwar was angry with his daughter as he had allegedly seen her in a ''compromising'' position was based on a statement made by one of the accused Krishna,'' said CBI joint director Arun Kumar.

CBI also revealed that that no deception had been found on the part of Talwar and his wife Nupur in the polygraph tests that were conducted.
