3,038 panches administered oath in Kapurthala
Kapurthala, Jul 11 (UNI) Punjab Health Minister Luxmi Kanta Chawala today administered oath to 3038 newly elected panches here.
Congratulating the newly elected panches on the occasion, she appealed the panches to rise above the village politics and work for the development of the village.
She asked the women panches and sarpanches to come forward and work themselves instead of working through their husbands.
