Two arrested for possessing explosive materials
Chittoor, July 10 (UNI) Police today arrested two persons and seized explosive materials, including gelatin sticks and ammonium nitrate concealed in their plastic bags in this district of Andhra Pradesh.
Police said the vehicle, transporting explosive materials from Pennempettu in Tamil Nadu to Kuppam in the district was intercepted and the driver of the vehicle Ganesh and another person, accompanying him were taken into the custody.
The vehicle was impounded, police added.
