Ten houses, other structures gutted in fire in Kashmir

Srinagar Jul 10 (UNI) Ten houses and other structures were gutted in a fire in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said today.

They said fire broke out at Sonawar from a house today. However, before the leaping flames could be controlled, it spread to two nearby houses.

About seven houses and other structures were gutted in a devastating fire at Jabgaripora, Nowhatta, in the Shar-e-Khas.

The cause of the fire was not known, the sources said, adding no injuries were reported.
