Sly's ex-wife Brigitte Nielsen to get plastic surgery on TV

Melbourne, July 10 : American actor Sylvester Stallone's ex-wife Danish actress Brigitte Nielsen will be undergoing plastic surgery live on German TV.

Nielsen, who rose to prominence in the 1985 films Red Sonja and Rocky IV, revealed that she is going under the knife to look younger again.

"I know I am the first female celebrity in the world who has allowed herself to be filmed like that in an operating theatre," Daily Telegraph quoted her as saying.

"I know I will be breaking a taboo. But I'm sure that it will provoke a new discussion. It's time things change. I feel 30 and want to look that way again," she added.

The show saw around 2.5million viewers tuning in to the first programme in the series.

The show called 'From Old to New: Brigitte Nielsen in the Celebrity Clinic', will see the 44-year-old have a facelift, eyelift, liposuction and a breast lift.
