McConaughey offered $3m for baby pics

New York, July 10 : New daddy Matthew McConaughey is cashing in on his spawn - the hunk has been reportedly offered 3 million dollars by OK! magazine for exclusive photos of his baby boy.

However, the star's publicist has asked him not to get into such a deal, say sources. His publicist, Alan Nierob, begged him not to work with [OK!] because he's considered an A-lister," the New York Post quoted a source, as saying.

"But Matthew hired money man Todd Shemarya, who brokered the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie 4 million dollars People deal," the source added.

Nierob however said: "I have never had any conversation with my client about this matter."

McConaughey's girlfriend Camila Alves gave birth to Levi Alves McConaughey on July 7.
