Josef Fritzl may get just 10 years of jail for dungeon deeds

London, July 10 : Austrian incest fiend Josef Fritzl Josef Fritzl could face only 10 years in jail for caging his daughter in a cellar for 24 years and forcing her to bear seven of his children.

Due to lack of forensic evidence, prosecutors say, it will hard to prove the 73-year-old's evil deeds, reports The Sun.

Fritzl is being charged for raping Elisabeth for 24 years and burning her baby's body after he died in Amstetten, Austria.

The only charge he will definitely face is depriving her and the kids of freedom with a maximum sentence of ten years.

Fritzl has already confessed to imprisoning his daughter in the cellar in his home in Amstetten, Austria, and fathering her seven children.
