Head constable killed, another jawan injured in blast
Baramullah, Jul 9 (UNI) A head constable of Jammu and Kashmir police was killed and another jawan injured in a hand grenade blast in the frontier district of Kupwara tonight, official source said.
They said militants hurled a hand grenade at main chowk Karalgund, Handwara this evening.
A head constable Irfan Ahmad was killed on the spot and another constable Muzaffar Ahmad was injured. The injured was admitted to hospital in a critical condition.
