TN: Coaching prog for Law aspirants

Tiruchirapalli, Jul 9: More than 200 advocates, including 45 lawyers women belonging to different communities from the city, neighbouring districts and the Union Territory of Puducherry, are taking part in the free coaching programme.

The coaching programme, jointly organised by the Muslim Law Academy , Central Zone, and the Local Bar Association for the aspirants appearing for the recruitment examinations for the posts of judicial officers (civil judges) has evoked a good response, according to Muslim Law Academy (Central zone) president Syed Tajudeen Madani He said the Academy has formed a team of former and present judges, senior advocates, who were specialised in different branches of law and teachers from the law colleges to impart training to the aspirants.

Tiruchirapalli Bar Association secretary Gangai Selvan said the coaching programme being conducted on Saturdays and Sundays would continue till July 27.
