Tripura: 2 Bangladeshi miscreants shot dead in encounter
Agartala, Jul 8: The Tripura police shot dead two Bangladeshi miscreants in an encounter at Mohinipur village under Sidhai police station of West Tripura.
Police said here that a gang of miscreants from the neighbouring country stormed Mohinipur village late last night.
On receiving information, police launched an operation in the area and shot dead two of the miscreants. However, the other members of the gang managed to escape.
Police also recovered a Bangladeshi mobile phone and choppers from the slain miscreants' possession.
