Manmohan Katoch becomes HP Youth Congress President

Shimla, Jul 8 (UNI) Manmohan Katoch, a youth leader from Kangra, has been appointed President of Himachal unit of Indian Youth Congress in place of Sukhvinder Singh Sukkhu.

Sukkhu who had become over age some five six years ago had resigned from the post long back but his resignation had not been accepted.

The Congress High Command, who appointed Kaul Singh as State party Chief yesterday, also appointed the new IYC chief, party sources said here.
